From 1 to 3 of December 2008 employees CF Caritas-Caritas MGCD took part in training on fundraising and strategic planning of the organization for 2009. Training conducted Vladislav Kucherenosov.

During the training were also addressed issues concerning: 

     * Financial viability and mobilization of resources; 

     * Provision of services; 

     * Productive partnership and cooperation; 

     * Participation in the development of civil sector; 

     * The structure of governance and leadership of the organization; 

     * Mission statement and strategic management; 

     * Adaptive capacity; 

Also during the training was conducted by analysis of the CF Caritas-Caritas MGCD for the year 2008 and were drafted a strategic plan of activities for 2009.
